Can I get regular medical services here?
Because we function as a wellness destination rather than a medical office, we do not provide traditional medical services. These needs are best provided by your regular primary care provider.
How do I know which offering is best for me?
We recommend starting by filling out our consultation intake form. Based on your responses and wellness concerns, we’ll provide personalized recommendations. You’re welcome to select more than one category if multiple areas apply to you.
Once I know which wellness category I want to have checked, what do I do next?
Once you have chosen which wellness category you would like to have checked, we will order your testing for you through an encrypted, HIPAA compliant platform. Your test kit will be sent directly to your home, with complete instructions. You will receive an email instructing you how to get your labs drawn. Please take your entire kit (including an ice pack if provided) along with instructions to your lab draw appointment or provide to the mobile phlebotomist drawing your sample.
Are these tests covered by insurance?
Because we have been able to secure a low cash price for these tests, we do not accept insurance nor do we submit to insurance providers.
Is there a consultation included with every testing opportunity?
For Fitness level testing, your laboratory results are completely reviewed by Dr. Katany and you are provided with written explanations and tailored recommendations. For more complex testing, an in person or telephone consult may be required.
How do I get my results & how long does it take to get my results back?
Your results will be emailed to you through an encrypted, HIPAA compliant platform. If you prefer not to receive results via email, please let our office coordinator know your preferred method of receiving your results. For basic testing, it usually takes 2 weeks from the time your sample is sent to the lab. Some testing, such as gut health and others, may take slightly longer and you will be informed of this when the testing is ordered for you.
